At Scarlett Gasque, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. If your luxury pieces are not a perfect fit, we accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact, then place them securely in the original Scarlett Gasque box.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our atelier.
